I just picked-up an '09 450 MXR and really like it. I do not plan to add an exhaust or change the air box, but I do want it to run right. I am an XC racer and a stock engine will do fine in the old man class I run in. I have read that the Outlaw 450 comes jetted lean from the factory, can someone tell me what jets I should use? Maybe just go up on the pilot and main one jet size would do it. I am a little old school and have never jetted an FCR carb so I don't know all the pieces to the carb, please help.

Also I took it out and ran it hard for several 500 yard passes and everytime I pulled in the clutch and let off the throttle all the way at the end of the run it would die. It restarted when I tried it, I guess it's the jetting making it do that.

Thanks

It did before it got broken in good. It got a lot better after it got broken in, I don't think I need anything right now.
