I have noticed there are many Photoshop requests, therefore I thought I would make a thread where everyone can post their requests to help keep the Forum "cleaned" up..

If you have a request, please do the following:

Post what you would like to have done to the photo

Post a picture of what you would like to be photoshopped

Post a picture if you would like something cropped in (i.e. wheels, graphics, etc.)

Have fun!

I use GIMP (It is a free program)...
I will tell you what tools I use, they may be the same, they may be different, I really do not know!

First I either use the Paths Tool to outline the object, once I get it outlined I then go under the Color tab at the top and go down to Colorize.. once that new window is open you play with the settings (Hue, Saturation, Lightness) and just play with it untill I find the combination I look! This process ususally takes me about 5 minutes to do plastics and a frame... 15 minutes to do a whole entire truck... I'm not great but you atleast get the idea... hahah If you have any more questions, please ask me!

I also use GIMP and to change colors I use the same method as Brauap. It was slightly difficult to get used to it but after using it almost every day I've gotten much better.

Here's a link to the website where you can download GIMP:

Copy the picture that you want to edit then paste it in GIMP.
