water pump seal crf

i have a crf450r motor hybrid blowing water pump seals every few rides i have a high pressure cap 30psi oversize radiater i always replace shaft and seals any one have any sugestions

your cap sounds way too high, use a 1.1-1.8 bar cap. My hybrid uses a 1.1 cap, my ktm dirtbike uses a 1.4 cap, newer ktm's use a 1.8 cap. Most honda's use a 1.1 cap.
