Whose got a train horn!?

Well im wanting to buy a train horn kit for my truck, but im not sure on what to get. I wanted to ask and see if any of you guys have one or know a little about them.

Ive been lookin mostly on hornblasters.com. There are a few different kits I like. I want to get a horn that sounds as close and as loud as a real train horn, but I dont want to spend $1000+ on one. I just want some info on different kits and what you guys would recommend. Thanks guys and heres a video of some train horns incase youve never heard of em :devil:

my cousin has one on his dump truck. its a legit train horn. it is LOUD!! i stood next to it and he blew it to be funny. i couldnt hear for 5 min lol

I have one on my F-150 and F-350. They are fun as heck! And i have blown it in front of many cops. only once did a cop say anything to me, and he said "dont put your self into a position to use that loud horn" lol. be carful with it. the lady's think its funny untill you do it to them, then the tables turn :devil:

mine is 152db. Have had people hear it from a couple miles away. My pump is burnt up right now. just been to lazy to work on it

My friend had a 3 train horn set up (T3s) or something like that.

I think he sold them for $300, pick up a air tank and hook the compressor to your battery and have fun.

I read in the local paper last week that some redneck blew his horn at some guy, which turned out to be the wrong guy. The guy had Jim-bob arrested for assault since the horn was loud enough to cause temporary deafness and after dB testing has now filed suit againt him for permanent hearing loss.

so you might want to be carefull.

Well I finally got me a set of horns from hornblasters.com and HOLY CRAP they are insanely loud! Just thought id bring this post back up and show my install etc.

It was around 500 bones, its kind of a lot of money but ive already used it 100+ times on other things like airing up tires, air mattresses, blowin stuff clean (like after I mow/weed eat grass, blow it off my pants). The 5 gallon air tank comes in handy ALOT...not to mention its just fun to honk at people :devil:

^^ dang that sucks! I usually only honk mine at people I know, friends, family etc but every once in awhile I blast it with people I dont know but usually they just laugh and say gosh damn thats loud or something :blah: hopefully I never run into someone like that
