UNI filter and recharge kit....used once $30

I have a UNI filter (UP-6245AST) and recharge kit that I bought about a month ago. I have only used the oil from the recharge kit to oil the filter once and I had it on the bike for 10min. It fits 03 and up predators and possibly a few other things. I added a stock pic, but I can get you one of the filter if needed.

Does it directly bolt up to the carb??
