well i installed 39mm (yfz) FCR

oh boy here we go...got the fcr on but have NO idea how i'm going to figure out how to get the air box to fit...since its about 2" to short now. plus the ex wont stay idling need to turn idle screw up that i can't find... jetting? which does not look like the needle has only but ONE notch for the "E" clip. kept the 42 pilot in it (stock) since thats what the old carb had.. which i thinks to big..huge dead spot if i give it a quick poke on the throttle:ermm: need some advice

FYI 2005+ YFZ fcr OEM needle is NOT adjustable

so no one has ran into the issue of installing a fcr carb and had problem fitting the air box???:confused:

basically talking to me self on this thread...haha but for those interested i figured out how to get the ex's airbox to work with the 39mm's.and so far has cost minimal to do.
i also came across an adj. needle so now for the fun to begain:D
