I have a question

Will you have any vibration problems with a cr500 engine in a 400ex frame ??

no, None, its a myth, there is no vibration in a 500cc motor with no counterbalancer.:huh :confused2

It will run alot smoother than the ex motor. Won't even know its there except for the occasional(sp) tooth loss.:confused2

you should be fine if you put some rubber in the mounts.

Vibrations are gonna shake you right off the atv ;) .
