Thinking of an ltr

I'm thinking about buying an ltr and want to know your opinions on how you like them and if there is anything I need to look for when going to look at one. Also any problems they have. Good, bad, or indifferent!!

Try to get a '06-'07 since the tranny in them are more solid. Great machines otherwise.....I don't think I would ride anything else....but that's just me.

I HAVE HAD FOUR LTR'S SCINC 06 ONE HAS BEEN BETTER THAN THE NEXT. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM BUT NOTHING MAJOR MOST OF THE TIME IT WAS STUPID S@#T I DID MYSELF. I HAVE RIDEN EVERY OTHER 450 THERE IS IN FULLY BUILT MX FORM AND NOTHING FEELS LIKE MY LTR. BUT THATS JUST MY OPINION.

i got an 07 and never an issue is not ridden that much,but as for now soild machine; and yes i love how it handles!!
