laz,

ive texted you, called you but get nothing in return. i do get a text from you because i forgot a number on my credit card. ya take the money but send me a cylinder with the sleave sticking out 3/8 to 1/2" above the top of the deck.

me and my boy plan on racing the big game triathlon this weekend, i brought that to your attention when i talked to you last monday, i shipped the cylinder that tuesday. i got the cylinder late last night and didnt touch it till i got home from work today. it was packed in 2 boxes with bouble wrap and shreaded paper, it didnt happen during shipment.

so what do i do now? ive called, texted you 5:45pm today and get no responce.

if someone on here has a direct link to laz please call him and let him know he has messages on his phone, text messages with pictures. he knows my number.

please

thanks
terry dial.

That's down right strange.

Really odd.

If anything the sleeve cant move without immense heat..doesnt make sense.

It wont help you race this weekend, but if you send him a registered letter he can only refuse it or accept it and then you know he either got it or not.

If it were mine I'd stick it in a press, flush it up and see how it feels. If it moves too easy then you got problems. Also check the lower end of the sleeve for any damage like if it was dropped. If there is damage then you're done.

i know they use heat to remove the studs.

i checked the sleave before i shipped it and it was tight. its tight now as well. i didnt see anything wrong with the bottom of the sleave when i looked at it.

i know they heat the sleave to press it in, if i force it down without heat i might make it worse and run the risk of trashing the jug.

Could heat it and push it down, manual tells you how to do it.

I've never had to use heat to remove studs, not sure why they would. Hopefully someone gets a hold of you soon.

what we do to my old blasters bigbore engines in heat the outside of the jug to expand it and take a fire extinguisher to the cylinder to shrink it and than put it in a 20ton press and goes in and out lke butter but this can be tricky if u cool it were it was heated because it can cause cracks
