Who kept breaking rear fender brackets?

Somebody posted a while back they kept breaking the rear fender brackets....

Chime in if it is you... I saw something that is possibly your problem... but can't find your post...

It wasn’t me but I have broken two rear finders so far, they seem to crack along the seat area from the grab bar all the way up to the front.
Some kind of support bracket is needed and I have heard of someone making them but I don’t remember who it was.

i made a support bracket out of a piece of road sign, but i don't have any pictures, and i don't have the plastics to take pictures of. it kept the fenders from flopping real bad

Seems like the member said they broke them... then bought a new set and broke those also...



I just happened to be working on mine the other day and thought about it when I seen the supports on the subframe.

I figured he might be missing those since they just run from the upper rail to the lower.

Someone not familiar would not notice them missing.
