Wanting to do some testing for fun on a new carb so I might have an FCR up for grabs if anyones interested.

My son races a raptor 250 at worcs, his name is Zach (99y). We are getting ready to order a new carb, I believe it is a 31mm Suduco (similar to the carb on the Honda CRF150 dirt bike). Do you have any ideas on what size jets to order with it to get us in the ballpark so we can tune it.

This is #52 Brandon Lugans Mom :)
His was running pretty good at Straddlelline wasnt it ?

I think we might try a 30mm this next time around . Still undecided and REEEEALLY need to send it off for more aggressive porting .

Ya it ran great, LMR ported the head and installed a weisco piston and cam. Now they want to get rid of the stock carb and dyno tune it with a fcr carb and see how it runs.

Have no clue on the jets you need for that carb . Sorry ....

haha! I know I know ... trust me ,he will be who gets Brandons motor hands down. Very pleasruable to talk to and his pricing was excellent.
This has just been a terrible year for extra fundage. Im concerned just making the last two races of the year .Sucks too cause my Daughter may have a championship .:(
These Nats need to be abit closer .Getting tired for 17-20 hour drives every month .:mad:
