Do i loosen the cam cain tensioner, on an 08' the same way as the 06'-07' ?

I need to know if i'm to take the middle bolt off and put in a screw driver and turn, or do i leave that bolt on and loosen the 2 bolts to the side of it untill the chain loosens?

Or do i take the middle bolt out and then loosen the two bolts to the side?

It's the same. Take middle bolt out, and then loosen with screwdriver. You can then take the two bolts out, if you need to. Never take the two bolts out with releasing the pressure on the tensioner. It will cause the holes to strip if you do it enough.
