torque spec

whats the torque spec on nut 14? the one that holds cam chain sproket? also which washer goes on first on the number 16 and 17 on the the clutch hub? here is the link to see what i am talkin about

thanks but which one goes to nut 14? im not seing it unless it the primary drive gear???

lol yeah that's what i was thinking also but i'm not 100% sure. I'm sure someone else will cine in to help out
