Does anyone know and could tell me what the torque specs for the impeller nut in the water is,and should the impeller be able to spin by hand or not,when I took it apart i wasn't able to move.
I changed the mechanical seal in the water pump because it was leaking out of the weep hole,
PLEASE HELP.
