So this is on my 700xx i know i would get a faster response on here so...
I have swapped out ballist not that, i have used different bulb not that, my right head light flickers and wont stay on...what could this be? i have heard that the battery needs to be fully charged and you need to ride the hell out of it to keep em on...
What else could it be? i do not want to admit defeat, i have followed the link from club700xx and nothing i purchased my HIDS from DDMTUNNING...i took the bulb back and they said it ingnited but doesn't turn on so its either my connection or the ballist should i re-re-check my soldering again for the bulb and go from there?

Are these average car HID's?

Because atv charging systems cant support that kinda bulb, 1 bulb is fine, 2 wont light or only 1 will work while the other flickers, try turning them both on, then pulling out the lite one and see if the flicker one turns on?

no didn't work, i even hard wired the damn bulb str8 to the battery and it did the same thing then went out, maybe i have a bad battery? that isn't cranking out the juice?

put a small battery charger on it cause they will run down the battery quick.

alright sorry for this but i am not going to make a new one. lol. I have been checking out the XENON H6M bulbs on the bay that are either 45/45w or have output of 60 out of the 35/35. Is this style plug and play into the stock sockets or does it require the whole harness and all? I have also checked out the full kits but if i could just try some xenons instead of the ho stock 35/35 bulbs i would do it. I am not going to shell out 150 for the 400 kit on ebay lol. i know some of these guys are running a cheaper harness so i know it can be done. any info is good, thanks steve

It could be you have a weak battery or bad connection. They need a lot of current to get them to start. After that they only use the same current as the stock bulbs. Did you get 35watt bulbs or 55watt?
