Valve adjustment guide?

Does anyone know where i can find a tutorial to adjust the valves, and also to adjust the clutch?

That Valve Adjustment Guide says from 2004-2007 450r's... what about the 2008 model?

same specs and procedure just no decomp lever adj on the 08 up
