Can anyone tell me what I've got here? What year is this off of?
measures something like 123.7mm or 4.870" tall

It is bridged intake so it a 87-89 cylinder, year is stamped in the sleeve at the bottom in two digit.
Example: 88

That guy on youtube has some good info.
Basically, after some checking, this was originally an 86 bottom end, which had been fitted with a Hetrick Powervalve topend.
After some measuring, it was using the 5mm spacer plate, an 86 piston, and the 5mm longer 87-89 rod.
So the plan is to sell the powervalve, order a new 'late' crank, an 86 piston, and use the spacer plate, along with a ProDesign Cool Head.

PV cylinder is being sold soon. What is pictured is the cylinder that will be used.

The guy on youtube video said the cylinder on the left is a 85 and it is a 86 the only difference is, the 85 cylinder does not have a web attaching the reed valve to the water spigot on the rear of the cylinder .
Not a big deal but if you are talking about correct cylinders the info should be correct !

The 85 cylinder is also black! :D
