From what i read and heard its suppose to be the KTM 450sx

suzuki seems to always pull the holeshot here in ireland. theres not many kfx/can am/ktm here

ktm is probley the fastest. The other 450s are a lot more choked up stock than the ktm is.-

basically becuase they are way less corked up. 06+ Hondas come with a straw for an air intake that a bird couldn't breath through and a choked up exhuast.

I don't even know how the yfzs will even run with the plugged up exhuast they have.

The LTR comes with a very tuned down map and is also very corked up. And the KFX is the worst corked up one of them all and also the slowest.

The KTM has a lot more free flowing exhuast than any of them that actually isn't that bad of an exhaust and a decent stock intake.

Pull the air box lid off the honda, cherry bomb the ltr, pull the cork out of the yfz exhuast and the ktm will have some competition

Add exhuast, cam, intake mods and there all pretty close

The '08 or '09 450 shoot out had the TRX450r and the YFZ450 with the fasted top speed at 79mph.

They make good power in stock form and are the lightest 450. And then, if you add a slip on, reject the carb and improve the admission, it will be very fast indeed.

TRX450, YFZ450 (78mph)
DS450 (77mph)
KFX450, LTR450 (74mph)
450XC, 450MXR (73mph)

With Honda having the strongest bottom end and second best mid-range next to the 450MXR. Yamaha having the best top end.

Those stats haven't dramatically changed since then.
