depends are you talkin at the beginin of WW2 or the middle...or what...at any givin time in that war other countries joined dropped out and joined again on both sides...I can tell you WHO the axis controaled in 1942..Frace part of it,belgium neitherlands,norway,austia,hungery,yogoslavia,alba nia,greece,
crete off the coast of greece,Poland,czechosolovakia,Lithuania,Lativa,est onia,finland,denmark,ukrain,danzig,libya,half of Russia at one time,japanese....allies for them...Java sumatra,thailand,Burma,frech idonchinda,phillipines,Formosa,okinawa,Korea,Manch uria,karafuto,Timor,borneo...those are major..There are alot more...these are controaled areas not the basics...They listed the basics...I am listin the world war involvment on the axis side...its alot easier to list those of the allied...
