what are good snow tires for the 250ex:grr

pure sport ealtors are really good in snow but they are not exactly good for speed riding and trais they r just good for snow and mud good hard pack to but not good for real sport ridin:devil

I got two words (and 1 number) for you.
TRAIL CLAW II. They are very good in the snowand mud. But not very good for much else.

i jsut got Maxxis Surtracs for the snow on my 250ex i love em. u can see a pic under the main forum.

id rather have my surtracs over the 400 stockers but the maxxis's are a bit heavier.

I also have maxxis SurTraks, on my 300EX, I think they are an awsome tire, great traction, and i can tear anything up with them, they are also on the lighter side compared to other tires, because they have a 2/bias ply, as opposed to a 6 ply like blackwaters or sumthing like that, Ive ridden snow, mud, dirt, gravel and reversed them for sand, they work good in everything and no problems with flats yet! I really like them, and I actually prefer them over my Holeshot XCT's

wooly boogers........spider tracs..........anything with a chevron tread will be good for deep snow.

lose the heavy tires as soon as the snow melts.
