Kenda Klaw MX

Has anyone tried these out yet. i need some new tires, and i've already had holeshot MX's forever. i wanna try something diff. I was thinking these or Razr MX's. i wan't something that doesn't wear quite as fast but still hooks up good.

I may go with Razr MX fr. and grooved tammers rear. but i kinda wanted to try out he Kenda Klaw MX's or Razr MX's.

well i got the 20s (XCR) other than size no visable difference..
on the track they are awesome and look different too.. i felt like holeshots were stockers at the track cause other than razrs here and there thats all it was.. i would recomend them.:devil

Is that the fronts or backs? So is Nic still doing the quad wars? He was here in our area about 2 years ago with the monster jam and we helped him work on his 350R. He came to our local race the next day and smoked everybody. Super fast guy

yeah he still dose quad wars, that is for the front and back on his dale.

They slide great!!

um as for wear ide imagine they would be good its alot of tread..
since they havent been around to long i cant say ihave had themm long enuff to determine a comparison.

dirtwheels said that if you ran them one way, they hooked up better, and the other way they were better at braking.

I just ordered some Klaw Mx's in the 18x10.5x9 and the 20x6x10 front, I cant' wait till they get here!!! I'm so anxious to try out these tires. They just won a shootout in ATV sport over the Holeshot mx and RAzr mx. The way that he has them in the pic is supposed to be for hardpack, if you reverse them , its supposetly for the looser stuff.

I"m awaiting some front 20in MX kenda's ta show up any day now,,,I think they'll be much better than the ITP mx fronts..:ermm:

I got my 20inch MX Klaws up front and race with them last night and they were great, the only problem was the ****ty Holeshot MX on the rear. I will get the 18inch MX Klaws for the rear this coming week. I love em compared to the Holeshot MX tires.

do these tires run big compared to stock 400ex tires? my friend has 20 inch klaws and they are huge compared to the stock 400ex oshu rears. i was thinking maybe running 18's in the rear and 21's or possibly 22's in the front to get close to stock tire sizing. i ride track and trails, i think 20 inch fronts would be a little small for what i ride.

The kenda tires are one of the few tires that have correct measurements. The 18" klaws are the same size as 19" holeshots and are just a hair short of 20" stock rears on a 450R/400ex. Also Holeshot MXR's will hook up better than klaws anywhere, but the klaws last 5 times longer IMO, and being a broke college kid, the kendas are my tire of choice. Very impressed.

ok, i should be good to go then if i run stock 400ex tires in the front and 18" klaws in the back.

Kenda claws helped me win a race.. I say go with the klaws.
