lowest 250 fourstroke dirt bike ?

hey guys im maybe going to buy a dirt bike and im a bit short and was wondering what is the lowest seat height 250 four stroke dirt bike ou there ?

I've heard that the YZ's were usually shortest, but I'm not 100% sure.

You can adjust the suspension to make it sit lower on any bike I'm pretty sure and you can cut the seat to make it shorter also.

Suzuki: 37.6
Kawi: 37.8
Honda: 38
Yamaha: 38.8

You can lowering linkages or have them cut fork and shock shafts and revalve, but it gets spendy.

I've been looking into getting a late 90's/early 00's 125cc two stroke, from what I see over on thumpertalk, the YZ is usually the shortest. Again it differs based on model year and the model itself...

I could be wrong, but that comes to mind
