Hello wondering what bolt pattern they use. Can I put a set of paddles from an Atk 400 on my Honda 450r

Yes all the Cannondale models use 4x144mm on the front and 4x110mm on the rear just like the 450r.

Yep, also same as Suzuki 450 and Kawasaki 450 and DS 450 and a few others too.
