Just wanted to let you guys know that we had worked with HMF over the last few months and they now have a exhaust ready for the Pitster. I can't tell you dyno run numbers. But I can tell you that it really helped the bottom, mid and top end of our 125.

For that price they better have some kind of #'s. The performance exhausts for these motors average in the $250 range or less :ermm: .

wow i think i will keep the stock pipe. i been pondering putting a cr85 engine in mine anyway

Also, check your pm's. the motor is fine, all we did was a port job, cam, and vm26 and 6 disk clutch upgrade, and it has been great for all ten races. but when we go to the out of state races they make zach race super mini or pro mini, due to the manual clutch. so i figure we might as well run the same type of stuff.i have seen some nasty trx90's with cr engines line up next to my 11yr old on a typhoon and the fxr. and he seems to be real comfortable on the fxr so i figure a fxr with a cr85 big bored, ported, arms, elka-ed will be real nice, plus should still run with the 250 raptors. rob thanks for reminding me i hav pm's. i had some from march still inbox.

Just wanted to post that we installed the HMF pipe on our stock 125 Pitster and gained nothing on the dyno. In fact we lost a touch of power running the HMF. The other negtive is the HMF pipe weights about a pound more then the stock pipe. Not sure if the VM carb would help with the dyno numbers or not? That is our next step. So if you have a stock Pitster 125, save your money! This high priced pipe will gain you nothing! It dose sound a bit cooler, but that's a lot to pay for cool sound.

I agree sounds nice, Im going to be work on a pipe for Romell after Im done doing the suspension.
