Well finally got to my first race this year and got some serious arm pump.. So badly forearms still hurt today still.. Itsucked wasn't tired or anything just couldn't hold the bars.. I hadn't ha bad arm pump all year and have been ridding just as hard and just a long motos as the race but it was so rough an I was gripping the **** out of the bars lol.. But had fun..anyways, definantly time for a precision stabilzer lol

dont expect a stabilizer to be a cure all for arm pump, it helps but if your getting arm pump now, you will still get it.

I know but the bars were getting ripped out of my hands.. need the stabilizer anyways.. Plus arm pump is a good excuse to tell the gf why I need to spend money on a stabilzer hahaha..

I found especially during a race I tend to grip the bars way too tight and get arm pump quite quickly. To combat this try to make yourself relax your grip a bit and you’ll find it much better. http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/aktion/action-smiley-083.gif

Ya that was totally my problem... I have been practicing on a supercross style track.. Usually groomed and smooth ish.. And the track I raced was super whooped out and braking bumps like mad..and also had a hurt wrist so I was trying to make sure I didn't hurt it and was really really gripping the **** out of the bars lol...
