WTB: Spark arrestor needed!

If anyone has one sitting in the garage, let me know. I need a spark arrestor for a 400ex. Slip on or full exhaust.

What's the end of yours look like? You might be able to just make a spark arrestor.

Homemade spark arrestors don't fly with the DNR up here in Michigan

I want to see a home made one. Any of them that I have seen burnt up within a few minutes of riding.

Don't think this one is burning up anytime soon. Notice how the end cap is stamped "USFS APPROVED". Nuff said.

Thats the same pipe I have. I am missing all my plates though. I'm wondering if I could make one or if I would have to buy one. Doesn't really bother me not having one but the DNR would probably kick my ***.

I was looking to lower db and have a sparky.

Where did you get the end cap / discs from?

Here is my setup.... might have to get a different silencer eh?

Yeah, that's why I was curious to see it. They're 4" supertrapp plates I ordered from summit racing. Obviously not a good solution for you. :ermm:

I just bought one off the bay 9.95+s/h, its round and measures 2 3/8" around the frame n 1" deep screen, should work fine for yours with the turndown

The DNR would have a field day with me.
I dont believe this will pass, since the silencer canister is not marked with "USFS APPROVED SPARK ARRESTOR"

I finally got a spark arrestor thanks to Pabst Powered

He hooked me up with a Supertrapp IDS2 today for a good deal.
