So my buddy has an 02 Raptor 660. The issue we have is this....

He's got thicker TAG bars w/ ODI grips on it. We installed a hydrolic clutch after his cable broke. All that is fine... However when we go to put the choke/light/start cluster back on the bars the hydrolic clutch takes up so much space the bar it too thick to bolt it back on with out a huge gap in the plastic housing. It "works" w/ the gap but the kill switch keeps bouncing around and killing it.

Now what? Reloacate the entire assembly? Do they make after market assemblies that are a larger diameter?

He's removed the headlights so that switch doesn't matter. All he really needs from that cluster is the choke, kill switch, and start button.
