the question is when is the best time to go for big time partys, and what part of it to go to?

I hear halloween and spring break are bad ***, any other times tons of people show up?

It's gonna be packed pretty much every weekend. Not so much here in the summer time, though. If you want a real big crowd, go on any holiday weekend. Presidents Day, Labor Day, MLK Day, et cetera.
