i think you should get your dyno calibrated :/
or take your bike somewhere else to get another reading to know for sure.

Calibrated, meaning what? 72 is what I expected out of this build with the stock TB, didnt know what to expect out of the 54mm. Now I know lol. Ive been on 3 different dynos with this type builds with low 70ish HP with the stock 44mm TB. Both pulls were made on the same day, bike wasnt even unstrapped while I swapped the TB out.
