I have a 2008 TRX450ER that won't start unless its choked!

I have the full HRC kit and HMF slip on, UNI filter no lid.
With what i have done to my quad, what would the proper jetting be for my quad?

Pittsburgh area- 1200-1400 feet elevation

It started good when i first got it! I dont know if the humidity change is affecting it this much or what!

Filter is clean, carb cleaned, and gas tank cleaned.

48 pilot, 170 main, second slot from bottom on needle, and 2.5 turns out on fuel screw would be a good starting point.
