Cobra size

If there was an "ideal" size of kid for the cobra, what would it be. Just height wise.

My oldest boy is 12, He is 5' tall. I think any taller than that would be un comfortable, my youngest boy is 4' 4" it fits him great, but i have seen smaller kids that still look pretty comfortable.
