Race series

Are there any series in PA close to Maryland? And while Im here why is it that D7 races are everywhere but in Maryland, and why should anybody join D7 to race when we still have to run to PA,VA,OH, or WV to race?
D7 is a waste of money !!!

Where is there? Yes some of the tracks are quite a ride but at least it's something. I guess you could look into d6
