what does it mean if there is oil coming out around the outside of that black rubber circle on the right side of the motor ( when you are sitting on the bike) ???:devil :blah

how much oil? What it is..is a seal where the timing chain comes up. You could replace it or put some gasket sealer around it. I have to replace mine sometime soon when i get around to it.

it doesnt need replaced...just pop the cam cover off and reseal around the black cap with liquid gasket

Honda service Manuel recommends sealer around that plug. I bet if you took your rocker cover off and resealed it, it would be ok. Do this if you are able to adjust your own valves (this is the time to do it). According to the Manuel .004 (+or- .0008) intake and exhaust. I just did this to mine (still fresh in my mind).. :)
