Check the main ground wire coming off the battery thats hooked onto the frame back behind the crankcase.

Also check the roll over sensor located under the hood it says ''upper'' on it. May have jiggled loose while riding.

Possibly not getting enough air?

Try charging the battery on a battery tender and see what ya get also.

put your hand over exhaust while you crank it to see if its sucking in or blowing out

Do a compression test.

Stock piston (12.1) should be around 60 psi.

You mentioned you checked every sensor. Just to make sure did you check the input/output voltage on your Throttle Position Sensor??

It may be getting gas as you mentioned but it may not be getting enough gas OR too much gas flooding the spark plug.

Okay, yeah it might just need a new map then never thought of that..

ANY PISTON ON ANY MACHINE 12:1 OR NOT SHOULD READ 110 PSI ON A COMPRESSION TESTER. 60PSI IS A SLOPPY MOTOR ON ITS LAST LEG ABOUT TO BLOW UP. ESPECIALLY THE HIGHER THE COMPRESSION THE HIGHER THE COMPRESSION TESTER WILL READ... DUH. YOUR CAR FOR EXAMPLE IS PROLLY 9.5:1 COMPRESSION AND HAS 90 OR BETTER ON ANY CYLINDR

We had this problem with our kawi 450. It would't start but would just crank. We adjusted the valves and still nothing. We decided to just put a kick start on it and know it starts like 2nd or 3rd kick. Still wont start with the electric starter but we don't care anymore since we have the kicker.

You need to know what you are talking about before you start just typing in threads.

60 PSI is just fine in a KFX motor.

For the record, mine had 65 PSI cold right after break-in... and still does.
