Ok so I over tightened an exhaust bolt and snapped it off. What can I do?

Ok got it out with some vice grips. Now where can I find just one exhaust stud?

Hate going there because I see all the new quads and bikes in there and want one. Got to keep the credit card in the truck when I go in there.
Least you could get yours out, I drilled and helicoiled mine and then it failed again so I went next size up and tapped it for that.

I know how u fell man it just seems temping to wanta buy a new 450 (not a fan of the new 400s i think there ugly)
But im just going to keep my old 400 and 426 well actually the 400 is for sale so i guess ill at least always have a honda
Ill never get anything other than honda bikes and quads unless its to the point where they want to give me a 3-4000$ quad for something i have thats worth 1000-2000 then i would consider it
^ I agree, I like honda the best out of every bike.
About all that I wish was they had made it liquid cooled. Buddy of mine has a nice Z400 and man he says it is so much cooler running than and Ex.

the new ex are growing on me. they do take a little while to get used to. but seeing thats how all the quads are going to look, i think its kinda sweet.

Like mine? :)
and those bolts must have been made by Yamaha because a friend of mine, as well as me, have had the same problem. I broke mine getting it out.. first time trying too lol.

Yeah I broke mine putting my exhaust back on after my ground welds mod. Over tightened it just a little to much. Oh well a few bucks spent and she is back on the dirt.
