can only start in neutral?

i put an msr aof clutch perch and lever.. there wasnt anywhere to plug in the 2 little wires that went to the stock lever..

now i can only start the quad in neutral.. is there a way to fix this or does this just happen when you switch levers?

Tie splice those 2 wires togeather... That is you clutch safty switch. It's there to make sure you have the clutch pulled in if you try to stat in gear. Plug them into each other and you're good to go... But be aware that if you are in gear and hit the starter button with out the clutch pulled in the quad is going to jump... Not a big deal...
