ok i had my first race w/ my new engine all modded up and rebuilt.. it was real real muddy and wet! so first moto i was in 2nd and i was jumpin and everythin all of a sudden my chain came off.. i was like wtf!?.. i know for a fact i tightened it and the swingarm bolts... so i took it off the track and tightened it and then did the second moto.. i was in first and i was goin over some big whoops and my chain came off.. it was soo loose i put it back on.. and just putted though the race.. lol .. i got 1st though!... but why do u think my chain is gettin loose like this.. i know i tightened everythin and so does my dad.. is it b/c of the torque i have b/c of the mods or somthin else?!

what condition is your drive sproket in, if it's worn enough it will cause the chain to jump off

how much slack are you leaving in your chain? is your carrier slipping?

Could be your axle carrier is a little warn and not staying tight... Just a thought.

suspent the rear end in the air somehow by either the swingarm or grab bar, NOT the axel. once its up grab the axel and see if he has any play. if so then your bearings are shot. also if you ride and you gas it and the whole machine shifts to one side its either axel bearings or swingarm needle bearings......i just went through both on mine, easy fix but not when they get real bad

Yeah man , sounds like the carrier is toast.
