Any one running the K&N Air filter with the Sparks racing outer wear? I used to buy them right from sparks, but they don't even have a 250r section on their website any more. I like the set up I have, it works really well, but I only have one pre filter. Any ideas?

could you buy the outerwears sheets and some elastic and make your own? or have someone with some sewing machine skills duplicate your style outerwear??
The setup he is referring to is a Sparks foam wrap that would be used over a K&N air filter. I have one. Although I use a standard Outerwears over a K&N air filters on my own quads, it seems like a really nice setup. I also have a Sparks ported oem reed cage that came from a Sparks pro rider's quad that I have. That reed cage is a work of art, and the throttle response is crazy!

I would like to buy the outwear sheets, but not sure where to get it. I see McMaster Carr has some material that is very close, but I am not sure what the spacing and hole sizes are. I am actually running a foam outer wear, sort of looks like a uni filter, with the clamping end of it missing.

If you have the Sparks wrap, then there is no clamping end. It's just a foam wrap that slides over your K&N filter. No clamp. No elastic.

It's the Sparks wrap for sure. I had bought a few from them a few years back, but I don't think they are offering them any longer
