cr250 rad valve

Ive sorted and read a ton of threads on reeds, and i have a simple question.

Will a rad valve from a 01 cr250 fit?

I ask because i run a 38a/s and i know a cr intake boot fits that. I read that the angle is differend between the cr and trx. I run a cr boot on my v-force2 reeeds now, and the alignment is a pain to get together. It just seems like it might kill 2 birds with one stone.

I was having a problem with the rad valve putting my 39mm PWK carb against the frame when using a spacer plate on my 87 350R. I got the cr250 rad valve and noticed the intake tube was recessed about a 1/4". That in turn moved the carb forward and down enough for the carb to clear the frame. Boy was I relieved. Everyones setup is a little different but the CR250 rad valve definately works on the TRX250R.

Thanks, i actually just ebayed one for a trx but it was the bigger version for a 38mm carb
