I thought Netherlands played real hard but ended up gettin ousted in the extra time final minutes. Defense died out and got tired and let one slip!

Thoughts??

both teams didnt play up to the standard I think they could have. Was a good game for sure tho, im glad spain won.

wow that was an action packed game. did you see how much that grass grew in the field? lol Glad they don't put soccer on national tv that much. Tonight they will probably burn towns down in Spain

I thought it was a great game, but I'm a soccer fan even when the World Cup isn't on. So I guess good soccer for one person is terrible for another. Either way, the two best teams played in the final and the very best team won. Go Spain:D

That ref loved his yellow card, thats for damn sure.

Haha your right about the yellow card syndrom.

I thought Robben for Holland was gonna seal the deal right before extra time but was taken out in the penalty area.

He was FURIOUS!! Chases after the ref halfway across the field!

HAHA ya the octopus was 8 for 8 in his/her career.

Somebody told me it retired after picking Spain this year.

Yeah, too many death threats from the Germans. They wanted to eat the poor guy :huh
