on my 450 i have pro armor xc nerfs with heel gards and i havent had them 3 months yet and they broke. they are braking on the welds and the heel gard has a break in it. I have never hit anything hard with them slid over a dirt clod or two. pro armor wont call me back

keep trying to contact them, if they dont reply send them a certified letter asking them to warranty or replace. If they still dont reply, slam pictures of the issues with proof of dates of sale and signing for the certified letter ect. all over the net.

At one time they were a good company but in my opinion (and many others) the quaility of their products have gone down hill quickly.

I wonder if rubber mounting that bracket would fix the issue...

The peg is going to flex from rider weight and the frame is going to flex from cornering/jumping/hard riding... The Pro Armor heal guard ties the 2 together. That thin mounting bracket has to be under a bunch of stress... I bet drilling the hole bigger and putting a rubber grommet in there would fix the breaking issue...

They r crap. we welded them on the big bar towards the back where it meets the outer edge of the nerf- kept cracking & the other spot was the tab that mounts under the fender. Fed up & put them in the scrap pile for aluminum. Worth .40 cents a pound now.

Trying out the new mx pro bounce housers. coming soon. Anybody know about the housers?

my dominator bumper broke at the weld, and they replaced it with not much hassle, i just had to send them a pic. but i didn;t think it was fair that i had to pay shipping to get it to them when it was their fault it broke. i've heard of many people breaking the same weld. you would think they would just stop making them? but overall i'm most likely not goin to buy anything from them again.
