A Arms for MX

Hi,

I have a 2007 400EX. I'd really like to get wider A arms for motocross, and I'm looking for advice. I'm really confused as to what +1 or +2 means - what do I really need? Also, can anyone suggest any particular brand?

Right now I have stock 450R shocks on my quad. I'd really like to keep it that way, if possible. Will certain brands require me to buy new shocks?

Of course, I'm going to have to buy a wider axle. Any reliable brands out there?

plus 2's will be fine for what you want and if your on a budget i'd look into burgard a-arms sometimes they run sales on there stuff here and it's really resonably priced.
