I have a 2005 Yamaha YFZ450 loaded with extras. This quad has always been fast and reliable with a great ride and all of the great parts a trail rider could look for. It does not smoke, and starts up very quickly with the fact that it is jetted perfectly and has a brand new CBR style battery in it. In October 2009 it was torn down and had the frame painted white, along with the control arms and the swingarm. The clutch has new fiber and steel plates, and the cables and chassis bearings were all replaced at the same time.



It honestly has too much to list but I will throw out some of the important parts that have been added to this quad.

It works better than it would in stock form with the fact that it sits a couple inches wider and has long travel suspension. The steering stabilizer makes a huge difference on the trails as well. You dont have to worry about the bars being jerked out of your hands from debris on the trails.
