ya it sucks. I broke mine to, i put the side cover case on with out adjusting the clutch lever thing. That thing cost like $10

same damn thing i did. how did you put the new one on. how do you get the clutch thing on i tried like **** but never could get it to stay out. need to now. please its warming up where im at. need to ride.

Take the 5 bolts and springs out. Then remove the pressure plate. Then just pull out the broken part and slide in the new one. And put the pressure plate back on and bolt up the bolts and springs.

To put the side case cover on. Look at the piece that the clutch cable hooks to. You have to turn that a certain way to let the new part go in it without any problems. Did i confuse you?

www.servicehonda.com Its a microfiche. Not a manual. Its breaks down the whole bikeand shows all the parts. It helps find what part yu need easier.

every thing but this i tried that and ever time i put the sidecase on it would push back in. Maybe im not holding my mouth right:p

lol. Do you know what part i am talking about If you look in the case cover, you wil see how it all goes together.

yeah i know how it goes together but i couldn't get it on. ill try it again when i get the new one

hey where do you go for the microfiche on service honda or is it the same thing i have i got mine from riva racing

Help me out here. I am trying to figure out how that would solve his problem.

When you install the clutch cover, the clutch arm in the cover needs to point toward the back of the bike. As the clutch cover goes in it will hit the part that you broke. At this point you need to turn the arm clockwise as you push the cover the rest of the way onto the engine.
