hi i was told that if you take the exhausts cam out of the yz450f dirt bike motor you make another like 8hp? yes or no? thanks

No, the cams that are in the yfz are the same cams that are in the yzf, they just advance the timing one tooth on the exhaust cam to make the power more smooth. If you retard the timing it will be exactly the same as the yzf.

Their 200lb diet and the fact that all the power goes to one wheel, not two.

the bikes have dif cam timing, no starter so no B.S. starter gears, and dif air box design, dif needle and jetting. Thats all i can think of for now.

Wow! Someone posts something up to help you and you get a pissy attitude because he gave you 100% correct info :rolleyes: . The motors themselves are not that much more hp than the atv's. Like stated earlier airbox design, exhaust design/airflow, and the fact that there's an added starter gear in the atv robs more power from the atv motor.
