mr. natural bug deflector... HELP!

you guys know the mr. natural guy that goes on your bug deflector~? the guy who looks like he is peakin over it?!.. well i really want one.. and i cant figure out where to get one.. i saw a neon green one that would match my truck. ive looked all over and cant find them.. if anyone knows where i can get one PLEASE LET ME KNOW! lol... thankx..
