Cheapest place to buy kick start harness?

Every time i get one from Ebay its for the electric start model. Is Service Honda the cheapest place to buy one from?

The harness will work on kick or e-start. If you are looking for a cut down harness there are a few shops that will do it.

Baldwin gutted my kicker harness for $45 a couple years ago.
