no, just the 300's
sounds like you got them mounted upside down. You mount them the way they came off the 300 not the 400.
just a guess

it sounds like u have the nut on top and the actual ball joint on the bottom. flip it around so the nuts of the bottom

nope everything is mounted right. i noticed that the 300 has a indented portion on the back of the lower a arms so the bolt on the tie rods wont hit them. the 400's dont have the indent so its hitting. its not the biggest problem, but i will upgrade the spindles when i get some money

You should post some pics. I have the same set up with out any problems. Are you using 300ex shocks with the relocator, or 400 shocks? I dont see how they are hitting unless something isn't right.

don't waste your money on the 400ex spindles. Everybody I know that tried it likes the 300ex spindles better. The angle is off and the front end pushes. It's just a hipe thing...keep your 300ex spindles.
So....you just gave us more information. Is the bolt hitting or the tierod. Earlier you said ball joint, that's we thought you had them mounted upside down (like the are on the 400ex).

We had this problem when we built out 300. When we put the Houser Slycaster a-arms on, when you turned it all the way to one side it would hit the lower a-arm. We had to weld up the stop on the frame where the steering stem stops hit the frame stop. You know the half circle on the frame that hits the steering stem ends.

You either live with it or modify the arm to clear.
