I have a new style ESR 310 cylinder and twice now i have had the corner of the top reed petal chip off. Im running the V-force 2 reeds. The screws that hold them on were lose and it seems the petal starts moving around and hits the inside of the intake on the cylinder???? thats the only idea i had? when i put the new reeds on, I make sure the screws are tight. Im not really sure why its happening though. Any other ideas? could the plastic cage be worn out? its about 8 years old
