What is the advantages of using 250R a-arms with adjustable ball joints over stock 400EX a-arms for a 300EX? Also, what is the difference between the shocks on the 250R and 400? Thanks!

250r a arms just work better. they fit better and the 86/87 arn't 1 inch forward. But front shocks is a different story. 400ex shocks are way better.

btw 250r front shocks are better than the 400ex shocks. the 400ex shocks blow out too easy.

no. your wrong. 400ex shocks may blow out easier that you may be right about that(i have no idea, and ware did you get your info). but 250r stock shocks are terible especialy the fronts. not to mention the 250r shocks are for a machine that weighs less. the 300ex is actualy a few pounds heavier then the 400ex. Trust me rcrgirl. thats is the best setup next to aftermarket. and If you do need any of that stuff i got it all. even if you decide to go with esr's reply i got that stuff to. O yea. Me and my budys have put 400ex stock shocks through hel| and they haevbent blown. Also. I got bran new 400ex shocks never used!
